App Store PRODUCT PAGE Optimization


Envysion is a software company that provides cloud-based video surveillance solutions and audit programs to chain store operators in the restaurant and retail industries. However, Envysion's core users are regional managers who have limited time to spend at a desktop computer due to extensive travel required throughout their assigned region. In an effort to improve the user experience, Envysion invested in developing a free, user-friendly mobile app to provide on-the-go access to live and recorded footage. In preparation for the app's anticipated launch, I worked with the product team to develop the go-to-market plan, messaging strategy, launch campaign, and the app store product pages.

Product Page

We focused on making the product page easily digestible and visually engaging. Envysion's mobile app is free for current Envysion customers, so we designed the product page to make it easy for current customers to recognize the Envysion brand and familiar features from the desktop experience to simplify the translation to mobile. We also took the opportunity to showcase the unique value of the Envysion mobile app to differentiate ourselves from the competition in case prospects found themselves shopping for greener pastures.

The intuitive, user-friendly experience of the Envysion mobile app was showcased on the app store product page with simple, elegant mockups that clearly communicated the value of key features. Shoppers can simply swipe through the screenshots to quickly get a feel for the in-app experience and benefits.

Messaging & Keyword Optimization 

While Envysion's mobile app is designed for subscribing customers, we strategically used the launch as an opportunity to increase visibility and perceived value of the Envysion brand among target audiences by promoting the release via keyword optimization, press, and a search-engine optimized content marketing campaign.
