How often will I receive updates on my account?
Along with daily, as-needed communication, we will establish a standing weekly meeting with you and your key stakeholders. This allows us to set expectations for weekly tasks, deliver incremental reports, and make quick decisions regarding timely needs. Once-a-month standing meetings may also be established based on your communication preference.
Do you work with clients who are out of state or in another country?
Yes, we work with clients all across the US and beyond.

How long will my project take?
We pride ourselves on working nimbly, quickly, and cost-effectively for our clients, delivering incredible value at a fraction of the cost of the big guys. Every project timeline is different and is based on the client’s goals, the size and complexity of the project, and the resources available to work on the project. In some cases timelines may be expedited but may incur a rush fee.

How will I know working with JTaylor Media was worth my investment?
Our goal is to help your business thrive! At JTaylor Media, we take an objective, metrics-focused approach to campaign design and performance analysis. No “vanity metrics” here. Before beginning the project, we will agree upon success metrics that are clearly measurable and that we have an established baseline for comparison. Then, we will set up a KPI dashboard to track ongoing performance with weekly and monthly reports so you can keep your finger on the pulse of your campaign and your ROI. If something is not working, we will come prepared with an analysis of why along with recommendations for optimization.
What does your invoicing process look like?
We use Quickbooks for invoicing and accounting. Invoices are setup with the payment schedule and terms as described in your signed master services agreement (MSA). Initial invoice(s) will be sent out within the first few days of signing, with the option of paying via ACH directly from the invoice.
What types of payment do you accept?
We believe in simple, up-front pricing and easy payment terms. Invoices may be paid by bank transfer, check, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
What if I want to cancel services?
You can cancel anytime. Contact your strategist via email to request a cancellation of services. Recurring Service SOW's/retainers must be terminated with at least 60 days written notice.
Do you give talks/presentations on digital marketing strategy?
Yes, providing thought leadership and actively contributing to the global marketing community is very important to us. Our CEO and Founder Jennifer Taylor has spoken at universities, businesses, and organizational events on a variety of branding and marketing topics and is also a professor at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
We work to stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing best practices, always develop new talks and slide decks, and openly share our 'secret sauce' from our client success in order to ensure attendees gain valuable, unique content.
